Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
their login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you
suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our
discretion, for any violation of these terms or if we believe your
account is being used fraudulently.
2. Geolocation Data

To help you join and manage queues, WhyWait collects your
real-time location information (latitude & longitude) when you
opt in.

Your location data is used solely for displaying nearby queues,
estimating wait times, and providing navigation assistance.

We do not share your precise location with third parties except
where required by law or with your explicit consent.

You may disable location tracking at any time via your device
settings or within the app; however, some features (like “Find
Nearby Queues”) may become unavailable.
3. Data Privacy & Security

All personal data, including account details and geolocation, is
stored securely in encrypted form.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but
cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge the inherent
risks of transmitting data online.
4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we
do, we’ll post the new version here with an updated “Last Revised”
date.

Your continued use of WhyWait after changes are posted constitutes
your acceptance of the updated terms.
